A: Thermosafer is a wireless smart thermometer designed to continuously monitor and track body temperature. It is especially useful for families with infants or young children who are prone to fever, as well as for elderly individuals or patients who require close temperature observation.

When a child develops a fever, parents often stay awake throughout the night to repeatedly check temperature changes. Not only is it difficult to monitor a sleeping child without disturbing them, but it also places a heavy burden on caregivers.

Thermosafer was developed to reduce this burden. By pairing the device with the dedicated mobile app, users can set high- and low-temperature alerts and receive real-time notifications through sound or vibration. Unlike ordinary thermometers, Thermosafer allows users to view both real-time and historical temperature data transmitted from the device. Body temperature is a key health indicator, and continuous tracking enables timely response to changes.

Yes. The main device is reusable by replacing the disposable probe.
If the adhesive strength of the probe weakens, we recommend replacing it with a new one. Each probe can be used continuously for up to 72 hours (3 days).
Once the probe is removed, the device automatically powers off. Store the device and probe separately after use. Additional probes can be purchased as needed.

A: Yes. Thermosafer uses a precision temperature sensor. When used according to the provided guidelines, the measurement accuracy is ±0.2°C within the clinical temperature range.
Because the device is attached to the same point on the forehead, measurement errors caused by inconsistent positioning or user technique are minimized.

After attaching the device, it may take 3–5 minutes for the reading to stabilize.

If the temperature remains abnormal after 5 minutes, please check Bluetooth connection status and Adhesion and placement of the probe

Please check the following:

- Ensure the sensor is fully in contact with the skin.

- Make sure the sensor side is attached facing inward toward the skin.

- Check that the attachment location is correct and firmly placed

Before attaching the device:

Clean and dry the skin surface thoroughly.

Ensure no lotion, oil, dust, or hair remains on the area, as these can reduce adhesion.

Proper skin preparation helps maintain stable and accurate temperature readings.

The Thermosafer app can connect to one device per smartphone.

If you need to monitor multiple people simultaneously, each Thermosafer device (XST600) must be paired with a separate smartphone or smart device.
