CHOISTECHNOLOGY Signs MOU with Seoul National University to Expand Applications of ThermoSafer XST600

CHOISTECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Seoul National University to further advance and expand the applications of Thermosafer XST600, its non-invasive, wireless, continuous core body temperature monitoring device.

This collaboration aims to strengthen the technical reliability of Thermosafer XST600 and explore its potential beyond hospital-based patient monitoring. Through this MOU, CHOISTECHNOLOGY plans to expand the use of its core body temperature monitoring technology into broader fields such as industrial safety, emergency care, public health, and elderly care.

Thermosafer XST600 is an IoMT-based medical device designed to continuously monitor core body temperature without invasive probes. By using heat-flux sensing technology, the device analyzes heat transfer from the body and enables real-time monitoring of changes in core body temperature.

Core body temperature is a critical vital sign in patient safety, especially during surgery, recovery, and intensive care. Thermosafer XST600 helps healthcare professionals monitor temperature changes more conveniently and continuously, while reducing the discomfort associated with conventional invasive or intermittent temperature measurement methods.

CHOISTECHNOLOGY has been leading the development and commercialization of Korea’s first IoMT-based non-invasive continuous core body temperature monitoring system. The company’s innovation and achievements have been recognized through several major awards, including CES 2026 Innovation Awards Honoree, iF Design Award, and the Minister of Health and Welfare Commendation at KIMES 2026.
