CHOISTECHNOLOGY to Exhibit Non-Invasive, Wireless, Continuous Temperature Monitoring System ‘Thermosafer XST600’ at KIMES 2026
Entered on February 6, 2026

CHOISTECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (CEO: Soonpil Choi) announced that it will participate in KIMES 2026 (the 41st Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show), held from March 19 (Thursday) to March 22 (Sunday) at COEX, Seoul, as part of the INSPIRE Special Pavilion.
Founded in 2001, CHOISTECHNOLOGY is an IoMT (Internet of Medical Things)–focused company holding proprietary technologies and multiple domestic and international patents in core body temperature algorithms, wearable sensors, and wireless communication technologies. Based on extensive clinical development experience accumulated through collaborations with leading university hospitals, the company has been developing and supplying precision medical solutions built on reliable physiological data.
The company’s flagship product, Thermosafer XST600, is a wireless temperature monitoring system that non-invasively and continuously measures core body temperature via a sensor attached to the patient’s skin. The system can be integrated with patient monitors and transmits real-time data to hospital information systems (EMR). It is optimized for clinical environments where precise temperature management is critical, such as operating rooms, intensive care units (ICUs), and post-anesthesia care units (PACUs).
In the domestic market, Thermosafer XST600 has accumulated extensive clinical application and usage experience, particularly in operating rooms at major university hospitals. According to the company, the product has received positive evaluations for reducing patient burden compared to conventional invasive catheter-based thermometers, while enabling stable operation without device interference thanks to its wireless design optimized for hospital environments. In addition, its modular structure—separating the main device and sensor—ensures both hygiene and cost efficiency. Launched in 2025, the product is currently supplied to hospitals and medical institutions in Korea through an exclusive domestic distribution agreement with Sudo Healthcare Co., Ltd.
In overseas markets, CHOISTECHNOLOGY is preparing to expand into the United States, the Middle East (UAE), and Asia, leveraging its domestic clinical and supply references. Discussions with U.S. distribution partners, Middle Eastern medical device distributors, and Asian buyers are currently underway in a phased manner.
Through its participation in KIMES 2026, CHOISTECHNOLOGY aims to showcase its digital healthcare technologies and solutions centered on Thermosafer XST600, while identifying hospital and corporate partners for research, development, and clinical collaboration. In particular, the company plans to expand clinical evidence and application scope through joint research and clinical cooperation that reflect real-world medical needs.
KIMES will also serve as a key point of contact with global buyers, enabling the company to actively pursue new overseas buyers and distribution partners and explore international market expansion opportunities based on its domestic references.

As the company prepares for the launch of Thermosafer’s B2C product line, KIMES is expected to provide an opportunity not only to engage with healthcare professionals but also to communicate directly with general consumers. This will allow CHOISTECHNOLOGY to assess market response and better understand user experience and needs, further strengthening product completeness and market fit.
Thermosafer XST600 is a wireless, continuous core body temperature monitoring system designed for use not only in hospital operating rooms, recovery rooms, and ICUs, but also in home and home-care environments. By combining non-invasive heat-flux–based measurement technology, magnetically attached disposable probes, and Bluetooth wireless communication, the system effectively overcomes the limitations of conventional intermittent temperature measurement methods. The company emphasized that this non-invasive, wireless, continuous core body temperature monitoring approach is regarded as a world-first-level technology.
Through continuous data recording and real-time alert functions, Thermosafer XST600 provides clinicians with clinically meaningful insights into temperature changes, while offering patients and caregivers a new monitoring experience that reduces the burden of repeated measurements. In recognition of its technical excellence and broad applicability, Thermosafer XST600 was selected as a CES 2026 Innovation Awards Honoree.
Furthermore, Thermosafer is positioned as a platform-type temperature monitoring solution with expandability beyond traditional medical settings, including silver care, infant care, emergency care, and infection control.
In the domestic market, CHOISTECHNOLOGY plans to gradually expand Thermosafer’s application from operating rooms to inpatient wards and emergency rooms. To support this expansion, the company is continuously accumulating real-world clinical use cases and preparing additional clinical studies to further broaden the product’s indications and clinical evidence.

In overseas markets, the company is sequentially pursuing global medical device certifications, including U.S. FDA approval. Based on these efforts, CHOISTECHNOLOGY plans to actively identify partners specializing in hospital distribution in the second half of the year. Alongside its B2B business focused on hospital channels, the company also intends to pursue B2C sales in response to growing demand for home-based temperature monitoring.
Through these initiatives, CHOISTECHNOLOGY aims to strengthen Thermosafer’s market position as a continuous temperature monitoring solution that connects hospitals and homes, and to achieve sustainable growth in both domestic and global healthcare markets.
A CHOISTECHNOLOGY representative stated, “Through Thermosafer XST600, we aim to establish a new global standard for continuous temperature monitoring that spans from hospital operating environments to home-based temperature management, while expanding partnerships that connect the medical device, pharmaceutical, and digital health industries.”
Meanwhile, KIMES, first launched in 1980, has grown steadily alongside the development of Korea’s medical industry and has become a leading exhibition for medical devices and hospital facilities. Bringing together healthcare professionals and key buyers, KIMES serves as the largest platform for exploring the latest medical technologies and sustainable solutions. During KIMES 2026, the concurrently held INSPIRE Special Pavilion will serve as a convergence space for healthcare innovation, featuring advanced solutions in medical AI, digital healthcare, wearables, and data analytics.
