Choistechnology Co., Ltd. (CEO Choi Sun-pil), a leading innovator in the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT), participated in CES 2026, the world’s largest technology and consumer electronics exhibition held from January 6 to 9 in Las Vegas, Nevada. The company unveiled its flagship non-invasive wireless continuous temperature monitoring solution, Thermosafer XST600, signaling its strategic expansion into the North American healthcare market.

Founded in 2001, Choistechnology has established itself as a specialist in IoMT through proprietary advancements in deep-body temperature algorithms, wearable sensor technologies, and wireless communications. Backed by an extensive portfolio of domestic and international patents and proven clinical development experience through collaborations with major university hospitals, the company has continuously developed high-precision, high-reliability medical data solutions for global healthcare applications.

At CES 2026, Choistechnology presented its Thermosafer XST600 platform, a breakthrough solution that continuously measures core body temperature non-invasively via skin contact. Unlike traditional intermittent measurement devices or invasive catheter thermometers, the XST600 provides clinicians with continuous temperature trend data in a user-friendly form factor, facilitating more informed decision-making in critical care environments.

The Thermosafer XST600 employs a heat flux-based core temperature estimation algorithm to deliver clinically relevant core body temperature readings. The device is designed for dependable use in medical environments where precise thermal management is essential, such as operating rooms and intensive care units. It supports Bluetooth wireless connectivity with optimized signal characteristics, enhancing both reliability and usability.

In addition to seamless integration with patient monitoring systems and hospital electronic medical records (EMR), the XST600’s modular architecture separates the main unit and sensors. The use of magnetic disposable probes supports rigorous infection control while reducing consumable costs and maintenance burdens—delivering both clinical and operational efficiencies.

Choistechnology’s XST600 was selected as an Innovation Award recipient at CES 2026, recognizing the product’s technical excellence and scalability. The company attracted significant interest from potential buyers and partners across domestic and international markets during the exhibition.

“While preparing for FDA approval of the Thermosafer XST600, we are delighted to leverage CES 2026 as a platform to raise awareness of our product, corporate vision, and technological competitiveness among North American stakeholders,” stated a company spokesperson.

Looking ahead, Choistechnology plans to pursue phased market entry strategies across the United States—the world’s largest healthcare market—targeting remote care, digital health, and consumer healthcare segments. The company also intends to accelerate its expansion into the Middle East, where government-led healthcare infrastructure investments and smart hospital initiatives are actively underway.

In parallel, the Incheon Metropolitan City government, through the Incheon Free Economic Zone Authority (IFEZ), supported 51 local innovative companies at CES 2026, showcasing Incheon’s evolving urban vision and technological innovation on the global stage. A record 14 companies received CES Innovation Awards across 17 categories, highlighting the region’s competitive edge and growth potential in international markets.
